1 General Terms and Introduction

hazy bdt is an online betting and casino platform designed for Bangladeshi users. The terms and conditions described on this page (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") form a legal agreement between hazy bdt and the user. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first use our website or register an account.

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute arising from a translation or interpretation, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account on hazy bdt, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. If any false or misleading information is found in the details provided at registration, the account may be closed at any time and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Only one account is allowed per person, household, or address. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If any person is found to be operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the entire balance will be held pending verification.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. Account login details must not be shared with anyone. If another person carries out any activity using your account, full responsibility for that will rest with you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3 Age Verification and Eligibility Requirements

All hazy bdt services are exclusively for adults aged 21 years or older. Account creation or any form of betting by minors is strictly prohibited.

At any stage of registration or thereafter, hazy bdt reserves the right to verify your identity and age. You may be asked to submit a government-issued identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) for this verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3.1 Ineligible Persons

• Any person under 21 years of age.
• Employees of hazy bdt or its affiliated companies, and their close relatives.
• Persons who have previously applied for voluntary self-exclusion from betting.
• Persons whose accounts were previously closed due to rule violations.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

hazy bdt currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. When making a deposit, ensure that you are using a payment method registered in your own name. Using third-party accounts or cards is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

Available withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Identity Verification and Withdrawal

Before processing a withdrawal, hazy bdt reserves the right to verify your identity. The deposit account and the withdrawal account must be in the same person's name. If any discrepancy is found, the withdrawal will be held and additional verification may be requested.

5 Bonus and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

hazy bdt offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; the wagering requirement for this bonus is ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Each bonus must be wagered 15 times before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. Winnings earned from a bonus will only be withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been completed.

• Bonuses may only be used on specified games or events — the specific conditions will be provided along with the bonus offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active on one account at the same time.
• hazy bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled and the associated winnings may be reversed.

5.3 VIP Cashback

hazy bdt's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. If a Gold-tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive a maximum weekly cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180. Cashback is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total stakes — it applies only to net losses.

6 Betting Rules and Gaming Policy

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered final only after it has been confirmed by hazy bdt's server. If a bet is not successfully registered due to a network issue or technical fault, that bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

6.2 Multi-Bets and Combination Bets

A multi-bet combines multiple selections and the combined odds apply. For example: if three selections have decimal odds of 1.50, 1.60, and 1.90, the combined odds are 1.50 × 1.60 × 1.90 = 4.56 (approximately), so a ৳100 stake would return ৳456 — but only if all selections are correct; if one loses, the entire stake is lost.

6.3 Event Cancellation and Void Bets

If a match or event is fully cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. For multi-bets, the cancelled selection's odds will be treated as 1.00 and the remaining bet will be recalculated. For void bets, the outcome will be determined according to the conditions of the specific market.

6.4 Software Errors

hazy bdt reserves the right to void any bet that results in abnormal odds or payouts due to a technical fault, software bug, or display error, and the stake will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hazy bdt platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing the bonus system.
• Using any software, bot, automated tool, or script to place bets or play games.
• Attempting to access another user's account or hacking.
• Deliberately identifying and exploiting any technical vulnerability or flaw in the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Sharing or transferring account balances with other users.
• Participating in match fixing or any activity that influences the outcome of an event.
• Harassing or threatening other users on the platform.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities, hazy bdt may immediately close the relevant account and forfeit all balances.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by hazy bdt

In cases of rule violations, fraudulent activity, or failure to complete identity verification, hazy bdt may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. In such circumstances, all bonuses and wagering-conditional winnings on the account will be forfeited.

8.2 Closure by the User

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as "inactive". A maintenance charge may apply to inactive accounts and will be deducted from the balance. hazy bdt reserves the right to set and change the rate of this charge.

9 Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

hazy bdt accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• If a bet is cancelled due to an internet connection failure or interruption.
• If a transaction is delayed due to issues with third-party software or a payment gateway.
• If there is a temporary service outage due to an unexpected technical fault.
• Any loss arising from a user sharing their own login details with another person.
